Empowering Our Community:

Preparing aspiring Educators for Tescom and Subeb Interviews

In a bid to fortify the future of Oyo State’s education sector, Enterprise Republic proudly partnered with GLODET Mission Oyo, an end-time, non-denominational mission organization committed to Deliverance, Revival, and Redemption, with a presence in Oyo spanning over three decades. As the initiator and coordinator of this initiative, GLODET leverages its expertise in holistic missions and Social Impact projects to address community needs. Joining forces with key community leaders like Revd. Obaloluwa Osuolale and Mr. Edward Sangodare, they hosted a comprehensive preparatory program for Tescom and Subeb applicants.

This impactful initiative was facilitated by distinguished panel of experts, including Revd. Dr Kolade Oladele, Dr. Garuba Obasekore, Tutor General Tunde Suulola, Revd. ObalOluwa Osuolale, Mr. Odebunmi Tajudeen, Dr. (Mrs.) Shakirat Adeola, and Dr. Ogunmola Ranti, who shared their knowledge and expertise to equip these individuals with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their interviews.

As we strive to make a meaningful difference in our community, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering excellence in education.

The Initiative

In response to the Oyo State Government’s call for applications for TESCOM and SUBEB positions, thousands of aspiring educators submitted their applications, eager to secure a role in shaping the future of education in the state. As the application process progresses, candidates who attain a certain percentage in the upcoming exams will be shortlisted for the next phase – the interview stage. Anticipating this critical stage, Enterprise Republic and Glodet Mission Oyo have collaborated to provide a comprehensive preparatory program for the applicants. Our joint initiative aims to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the upcoming interviews.

The program features an intensive training session, led by team of experts who through interactive sessions, discussions, and personalized coaching, covered critical topics such as interview techniques, communication skills, and subject-specific knowledge.
