Mr Waidi Adebayois an accountant, economist, political scientist, farmer, author, and activist. He is a detail-oriented and highly effective business and financial manager with 15+ years of experience navigating business financial growth and stability through broad financial planning and cost-cutting initiatives. He is skilled in business leadership, management, and finance, especially in a startup role.

He chairs the finance and strategic planning committees of the board of the Good Women Association (GWA), a women-led NGO in Nigeria. He is a research associate at the Centre for Economic Policy and Development Research (CEPDeR) at Covenant University, Nigeria. He is a member of the Global Coalition for the Abolition of Poverty (GCAP) and the Action for Sustainable Development Coalition (A4SD). He is a mentor for the Tony Elumelu Foundation’s (TEF) entrepreneurship development program and the Graduate Applications International Network (GAIN). He is the author of Explicit Government, an SSSI-III government textbook.
